Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic CPO to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of customer-facing and internal products. This role partners closely with engineering, design, and operations to build innovative solutions that redefine how businesses launch and operate in the UK—driving meaningful impact and advancing our mission.

🎯 What You’ll Own & Lead:

• Owns end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, aligning with 1st Formations' overall business objectives.
• Leads cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and iteration of both customer-facing and internal products.
• Oversees product requirements and prioritization, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Defines and tracks key product success metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Champions the customer by embedding insights and feedback into every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Communicates product vision, priorities, and progress to leadership and stakeholders with clarity and transparency.
• Continuously refines internal tools and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

📚 What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of product leadership in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments, with a strong focus on innovation and scalability.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical mindset; data-driven with a track record of using insights to drive product performance and business outcomes.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled at aligning teams and inspiring cross-functional partners.
• Deep customer empathy and passion for building intuitive, impactful user experiences.
• Proactive, resilient, and ownership-driven—comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results.
• Bonus: Experience in business services or FinTech, particularly in compliance, formation, or payments.
