AttiFin AI is building the “
Xero for legal”—an AI-powered platform designed to
streamline contract review, risk analysis, due diligence, and legal research for law firms and legal teams. Our founding team is behind the MoJ’s AI for Judges initiative and brings enterprise-grade expertise in
security, privacy, and AI governance.
We’ve secured
£1M in seed funding and are on a mission to redefine how legal professionals work in the age of generative AI.
Role Overview
As
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you’ll own and operate AttiFin AI’s
entire revenue engine. From defining our GTM strategy to closing large enterprise deals, you’ll drive rapid ARR growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver ambitious commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Define and refine sales playbook, ICP, pricing, and packaging
- Set and achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets
- Build, manage, and optimise the full sales funnel
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, pitch, and close pilot and enterprise partnerships
- Lead contract negotiations, SLAs, and commercial terms
Pipeline & Deal Management
- Qualify and manage leads, RFPs, and complex B2B deal cycles
- Establish forecasting discipline and CRM excellence (Salesforce preferred)
Team Leadership (as we scale)
- Hire, mentor, and build a lean sales team
- Embed repeatable sales processes and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing on demand gen, events, and campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product & Engineering to align roadmap with market signals
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion
Experience
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 2+ years at CRO/VP Sales level
- Proven record of closing £100K+ ARR deals, ideally in legal-tech, RegTech, or AI/ML SaaS
- Experience scaling revenue functions in early-stage or seed/Series A startups

- Master of C-suite selling and complex stakeholder management
- Strong UK legal market network (law firms, barristers, in-house legal)
- Analytical and data-driven with deep CRM and pipeline hygiene
- High emotional intelligence and credibility with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £100,000
- OTE: £350,000 (base + £250,000 commission)
- 70% commission on new ARR
- 30% on expansion/renewals
- Quarterly payouts with accelerators over 100% quota
- 25% clawback on churned accounts within 12 months
- Equity: None (cash-focused package)
