As the company continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to shape and execute its technology strategy, ensuring platforms and products remain at the forefront of innovation in this highly competitive space.

As CTO, you will have experience in:

• Significant experience in senior technology leadership roles, ideally within sports betting, iGaming, or real-time data streaming
• Demonstrated success in scaling high-performance engineering and technology teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong background in software architecture, large-scale systems design, and platform engineering
• Knowledge of betting technologies, integrations, and API-driven ecosystems
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance in regulated industries

Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver the organisation’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial and product goals
• Lead world-class engineering, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver innovative and scalable platforms
• Oversee the development of real-time streaming, sports data distribution, and betting technology solutions
• Ensure performance, security, and resilience across all platforms at global scale
• Collaborate closely with product, commercial, and operational teams to drive innovation and market differentiation
• Represent the business as a technology thought leader both internally and externally
