We’re looking for a caring, confident Night Deputy Manager to lead our night team, keep children safe, and ensure our home runs smoothly through the night.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support night staff
- Keep children safe, comfortable, and cared for
- Handle emergencies and make key decisions
- Maintain records and meet Ofsted standards
You’ll Need
- 2+ years in residential childcare
- Level 3 Diploma (Level 5 desirable)
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Calm, confident leadership skills
