The postholder has responsibility for co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating training as part of the ‘Time to Talk’™ programme. This will include providing a sustainability programme to maintain practitioners’ knowledge, skills and confidence to identify children with speech language and communication needs and provide universal and targeted support.
The ‘Time to Talk’™ programme is a traded service. Delivery will be dependent upon commissioners’ requests.
The postholder will deliver established training to early years providers.
The postholder will contribute to the development of new "bitesize" training sessions and deliver these session
The postholder will measure the impact of these sessions and report back using metrics
The postholder will engage in new initiatives including "chat line"
