About The Role
Our Head of Delivery, in Professional Qualifications, is looking for a CIPD level 7 tutor to drive the achievement and engagement of learners studying across the CIPD programmes. Someone to bring fresh insight and an ability to ensure that the quality of our service is maintained to a high standard for the Level 7 programme. Someone who is passionate about learning and strives to meet the needs of an excellent learner experience.
What You’ll Do
To help us be the best, you will be accountable for:
- Working knowledge of Avado systems (not limited to) HubSpot, Thought Industries, Rogo, 365, SharePoint and Teams
- Support learners throughout their programme by providing outstanding service delivery via various online channels of communication.
- Develop schedules and deliver tutor support sessions (via Zoom) and assist in the development of online resources and content as part of our commitment to continuous improvement (some evening delivery required)
- Assess learner work, marking against set criteria, providing encouraging and development feedback in line with Avado marking guidelines and standards
- Provide developmental feedback on activities completed by learners as part of their weekly learning journey
- Develop a strong working knowledge of our programme curriculums and learning objectives in order to support the delivery and operational team across the Direct provision.
- Accountable for learners’ learning, progression, results and satisfaction. This includes completion of tracking documentation to monitor and report on success rates against set KPIs across programmes
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve efficiency of internal processes.
- Participate in Continual Professional Development (CPD) and actively encourage productive participation in CPD across the Direct provision.
- Support in the process of onboarding any new members of the tutor team
- Attend meetings as and when required at Head Office or other locations
- You may be required to undertake other duties required.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified to Master level
- CIPD qualified with active membership
- Previous teaching/education experience desirable
- Competent user of Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Good communication and presentation skills, oral and written
- Time Management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong organisation and influencing skills.
