Role: CIPD Quality Coordinator
Location: London Office (3 days a week in the office)
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hrs per week)

About The Role
Our Head of Delivery is looking for a dynamic CIPD professional with a commitment to process, practice and high standards in assessment and quality to support with assessment and quality developments and operations on our CIPD programmes.
Equally importantly, you will align with our organisational values, which were defined by our people for our people, clients, learners, and partners.
What You’ll Do
- Support on cases and investigations regarding quality of learner work and assessment, such as academic malpractice and grading appeals
- Support and co-ordinate the standardisation of delivery within the Academy of scheduled OTLA’s (formal and informal) and development reviews of our delivery team.
- Be an integral support of standardisation events and meetings including, considering wider processes such as IQA, CIPD moderation, CIPD updates ensuring the standardisation process adds measurable value to both quality and curriculum in the Academy.
- Undertake internal verification, reviewing assessment quality across all programmes.
- Support learners and internal stakeholders by providing advice and guidance via HubSpot, responding to quality and assessment questions, via are ticketing system.
- Support the assessment team by co-ordinating actions and training as and when necessary to ensure our assessment practice remains compliant with CIPD and an outstanding service.
- Support in recruitment of assessors and IQA’s as and when necessary, supporting training and development.
- Support with allocations of assessments and allocate batch marking to our external assessors.
- Responsible for completing moderation, meeting all deadlines and ensuring a smooth process for submission to the CIPD.
- Co-ordinate the development of up-to-date training materials for all assessment customers
- Play an integral role in meeting the assessment KPIs to ensure success and achievement.
- Participate in Continual Professional Development (CPD).

- Ensure communications and interventions are implemented proactively.
- Familiarisation of all processes undertaken by the assessment team
What We’re Looking For
- Hold a CIPD Associate qualification or equivalent in a related subject (desirable).
- Experience of quality/assessment processes in an educational setting
- CIPD Associate membership (desirable)
- Industry experience in a relevant field
- Experience of academic marking, assessment, and internal verification
- Prior experience of supporting programmes online would be desirable.
