This is an exciting opportunity to support the design and delivery of non-infrastructure water projects within a fast-paced design and build environment. As part of a dynamic engineering team, you’ll contribute to sustainable water solutions that positively impact communities across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be representing the Civil Engineering discipline on a range of design and build projects, including:
- Preparing complex engineering deliverables and specifications
- Producing calculations and reports following best practice and industry standards
- Coordinating tasks across internal teams and external partners
- Managing and analysing data for civil design inputs
- Supporting cost, programme, and quality delivery
- Engaging with clients and contributing to project leadership
- Mentoring graduate/junior engineers and promoting innovation
- Keeping current on industry standards, tools, and methods
- A BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering (essential)
- Chartered Engineer status or actively working toward chartership
- Experience in detailed design within the water sector (desirable)
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Understanding of project delivery within budget and programme targets
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
