Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer who can act as package manager for the civils scope on a new HVDC interconnector (60%) and support grid‑stability project in early development (40%). It is envisaged that with time the role will move to focus solely on one of those projects. The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency, commercial awareness, ambition, and problem-solving skills. You will be the company’s authority on civil design standards, driving the work from early engineering and consent through detailed design, procurement, construction and hand‑over. Technical breadth, commercial acumen and the ability to coordinate multi‑discipline teams are essential. Experience on HVDC, converter‑station projects is highly desirable, but we will consider candidates who have delivered similarly complex power‑sector civils packages. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's success and uphold high standards of project delivery and compliance.
