About the role
We have a new opportunity for an experiencedCleaner tojoin our Estates Team at Leaside Lock, Bromley-by-Bow London E3 on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday between the hours of 8AM – 4PM.
Reporting to the Estate Manager you will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning services at Leaside Lock.
You will be joining a small, dedicated team to provide an efficient cleaning service, ensuring that the buildings and facilities are cleaned to a high specification. You will be responsible for all internal and external communal areas, to ensure high standards are consistently maintained.
What We’re Looking For
We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be an experienced cleaner, ideally with previous experience of cleaning estates and/or housing schemes but you’ll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
You’ll Also Be Able To Demonstrate
- Proven experience of cleaning to excellent standards.
- Proven experience of operating cleaning equipment, including electrical items such as vacuum cleaners.
- Proven ability to record and pass on information accurately and in a timely manager.
- Previous experience of stock control of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals.
- Ability to report and schedule any repairs needs.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
Work Schedule
- Working days: Friday to Tuesday (includes weekend working).
- Working hours: 8am - 4pm.
- 35 hour per week, full time.
- Based on site at Leaside Lock, Bromley-by-Bow London E3.
