CLEANING WORKING SUPERVISOR - EVENINGS
Salary: £27,503.29 per annum, with enhancements from 55p - £2.20 per hour, depending on hours worked.
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 6pm - 2am
Location: Cheltenham

G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Cleaning Working Supervisor on a full-time basis based in Cheltenham.
We are looking for an experienced, hardworking, tenacious individual who is committed to delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction by undertaking cleaning tasks, whilst supporting the Cleaning Team Leader to manage the cleaning team. You will have strong attention to detail, be efficient at problem solving and decision making and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment
- Work safely and efficiently, considering your own and others' health and safety, including using provided safety equipment, and attending required safety training.
- Ensure your own work and the work of others is carried out according to practices and procedures.
- Cover supervisory tasks such as work scheduling to accommodate staffing levels, maintaining and providing operational performance records, line management activities
Essential
- Previous experience in a Cleaning role.
- Attention to detail
- Be able to work under pressure and manage a variety of priorities.
- Able to work on your own initiative.
