An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Centre for Independent Living, Brickfields for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clerical officer to join our Administrative Hub supporting the Community Equipment services and wheelchair service. This role will be supporting the multi-disciplinary teams based in the CIL.
- Answering all incoming telephone calls
- Providing cover on Centre of Independent Living (CIL) Reception
- Providing a clinical administration and clerical service to support the team members, ensuring that reports including those for assessment, progress & discharge and any other clinical correspondence are accurately produced within agreed timescales/service targets, and adopting a range of approaches for recording data to ensure it is input to required standards, along with distribution to appropriate internal & external sources. Ensure an effective filing and retrieval system is maintained.
- Inputting emailed referrals to ICES and Wheelchair Service, and online orders to the ELMS database
- To take part in, meetings and huddles relating to area of work
