Client Accounts Technician

Oliver James are currently recruiting for one of our insurance clients in London who are looking for a Client Accounts Technician to join them on a permanent basis.

As their Client Accounts Technician you would be responsible for handling large data sets , resolving queries from the delegated authority clients , performing quality assurance checks when needed and being part of automating processes. You will need to have great customer service skills, a strong understanding of insurance and technical accounting processes as you will continue to build relationships internally and externally with relevant teams.

To Be Considered For This Position

• You must have insurance experience (knowledge of insurance/reinsurance business)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of delegated authority (desired)
• Ability to work with large data sets against deadlines
