Client Advisor Kidswear - Harrods

We are currently looking for an outstanding Client Advisor to join our Kidswear Department on a full-time, permanent basis.

While prior experience in a similar role within luxury or premium retail is preferred, it is not essential.

Key Responsabilities

• Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Build long lasting relationships with the new clients and maintain long-term relationships with DG loyal clients.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor
• Uphold housekeeping standards in all areas of the store
• Able to maintain the visual display of the products
• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and service
• Ensure security awareness through client approach and service

Requirements

• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Strong team player
• Proven and demonstrable track record with successful results in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
