Client Delivery Manager – Edinburgh
Focus: US Utilities & Technology Clients | Contract Staffing
Hours: Mon–Thurs 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, Fri 11:00 AM–5:00 PM (to align with US time zones)
Hydrogen Group is seeking a Client Delivery Manager based in Edinburgh to support our growing US contract recruitment business, with a focus on Engineering and Technology clients in the Utilities and Technology sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter (2+ years in contract staffing) who is looking to transition into a client-focused delivery role and expand their expertise into the US market.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients hiring contingent talent through Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage requisitions, communicate updates, and oversee the full interview and contractor lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP stakeholders, advocating for our purpose and demonstrating how we enable both clients and candidates to thrive
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and insights, and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure client requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs) are met through effective communication and proactive issue resolution
- Operate within various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and train internal teams on best practices
- Oversee offshore recruitment teams, providing functional management and performance guidance
- Uphold internal processes and standards across all client engagements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in contract recruitment/staffing, ideally within the Engineering or Technology sectors
- Familiarity or experience working with US-based clients, particularly within Utilities and Technology
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data
- Someone eager to learn and grow in the US staffing market
