About the role
We’re looking for a Client Director to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover basis, working with one of our busiest and most exciting core clients. You’ll be at the heart of high-profile brand work across packaging design, and branding, OOH, DOOH, delivering major, complex projects where strategy meets creativity. This role is perfect for someone with strong FMCG experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into standout brand results.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and creatives to ensure projects deliver against creative ambition, commercial goals, and client expectations. From multi-market rollouts to brand refreshes, you’ll provide strategic and creative leadership, overseeing all work-streams while nurturing client relationships and inspiring your team.
About you
You bring a solid track record in client leadership within FMCG or brand-focused agencies, with experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary brand projects. You’re confident working with senior client stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with creative insight, and delivering projects on time, on brief, and on budget.
You’re organised, proactive, and thrive on managing multiple moving parts with clarity and precision. Communication comes naturally to you, you can present ideas, solve challenges, and align teams with confidence and empathy. Your attention to detail is matched by your ability to see the bigger picture, always keeping the brand’s objectives at the forefront.
Above all, you bring energy, curiosity, and ownership to your work. You enjoy collaboration, building strong relationships, and contributing to brands that people genuinely care about.
