LSEG’s Regulatory Reporting is a software and data solutions business, offering global sell-side and buy-side clients a wide variety of products to assist with their obligations to report their transactions on a timely and accurate basis for MiFIR, EMIR, G20 and other regimes. We also provide a several ancillary services to ensure the accuracy and completeness of their reporting, (e.g reconciliations, data solutions).
The Client Implementation Team is within the wider Technology and Operations group within LSEG’s Regulatory Reporting and is principally responsible for the successful engagement and active monitoring of external client testing. The team will work closely with Product and Delivery Scrum Teams, and develop a client testing roadmap, they will actively engage with our clients ensuring we have adequate representation for external user acceptance testing. In addition, the team will also be responsible for all Regulatory Reporting product related communications.
Based in London and reporting to the Client Implementation Manager, the purpose of this role is to:
- Implement a positive and efficient client testing model for changes to LSEG’s Regulatory Reporting products.
- Deliver communications related to change initiatives and other Regulatory Reporting activities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor client testing within the established framework for LSEG Regulatory Reporting products
- Take lead of external User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as part of change releases
- Liaise with product owners and other internal stakeholders to co-ordinate client testing in line with the testing framework and specific product requirements
- Understand impact of changes and conduct client outreach and communication accordingly
- Develop and maintain ‘minimum must test’ UAT scripts, in collaboration with Product Owner and QA, for clients use where appropriate
- Liaise with IT for any test environment issue resolution and availability
- Provide first level support of UAT change related queries and incidents
- Perform preliminary investigations using tools to support issue resolution and data validation
- Address client issues in a timely manner and ensure clients are kept informed of progress and resolution.
- Create UAT report to track progress and highlight issues
- Discover opportunities to improve reporting and testing processes through automation, standardization and data analysis
- Create new efficiencies in the testing process by streamlining testing and creating standardised materials, where possible, to positively improve the customer experience
Other Responsibilities
- Management and distribution of internal and external communications for change and other Regulatory Reporting initiatives
- Review and maintenance of client contacts
- Attend and input into Client Service Review meetings where appropriate.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills
Essential:
- Two years’ experience in a client facing role
- Two years’ experience in a client implementation role
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience of client relationship management
- Experienced in leading External User Acceptance Test Phase
- Experience in directing/influencing other internally and externally.
- Proficient in SQL for extracting and transforming data from systems.
Desirable:
- Previous experience with Salesforce/Confluence/JIRA
- Previous experience and/or understanding of Financial Service - Regulatory Reporting
- Previous experience of technical service delivery
