Role Overview
The Client Insights team leads our efforts in leveraging client data and insights to drive strategic decisions, enable growth and enhance our client relationships.
The team supports the business with insights and data across the business development life cycle. They ensure our people have fit-for-purpose tech and the right competences to use the insights and tools to deliver value to clients and the business.
The Client Insights Manager role is fundamental to enabling our people to leverage client data to support the firm’s growth ambition and strategic plan across the UK and EMEA. The Client Insights Manager works in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure they have the right skills, know-how and insights at their disposal. The role reports to the Head of Client Insights, UK & EMEA
Responsibilities:
Enable our people to utilise client insights and tech to achieve their client development objectives
- Taking a leading role on the project team to ensure successful adoption of our Client Insights platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Introhive) across the UK & EMEA business.
- Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans for each country, division, sector groups and regional Business Development boards, including innovative and engaging communications, road shows, presentations etc.
- Ensuring our colleagues have the understanding of the tools and data available and the competences to use these for business winning.
- Evolving our training programmes in collaboration with the talent development team to ensure the business has the knowledge and skills to obtain value from CRM technology, insights and data.
- Developing and maintaining best practice guidelines to support users across the business.
- Coordinating and engaging with the client insights champion community.
- Managing training and on-going communications to ensure continued system use and adoption.
Development of tech to support client insights programme
- Gather feedback from the business and feed this into the future development roadmap.
- Working with IT and the Dynamics Product Owner (IT) to implement future system updates.
- Staying abreast of future Introhive and Dynamics CRM improvements, acting as subject matter expert and driving innovation implementations across business as appropriate.
Client Data, Analysis & Reporting
- Working with the business and wider Clients & Markets team to design relevant reports and dashboards to help analyse client development activity.
- Working with the data management team to improve data quality and analysis to allow more effective targeting, cross-selling and direct marketing activity.
- Utilise the insights for client analysis packs, and engage with system to improve data quality.

Clients & Markets division, which supports client retention and revenue growth.
As a team, we enable our people with actionable insights through data and technology across the client development lifecycle, enhancing the efficiency and impact of business development.
We also ensure colleagues are equipped to extract value from our tools and data, continuously evolving these in line with business needs and technological advancements. Our work is closely aligned with senior leadership and the Clients & Markets board.
