In this role you will manage a client facing team responsible for maintaining the boutique culture of Pyrford International. Ability to build out new team to suit the requirements of a "high touch" client base.
How you'll spend your time..
Client Liaison Business Tech Register, other managers cover their departments
Committee Reporting Co-ordination Risk, Operations and Compliance teams will submit reports
Irish Board Reporting
Client Ad-hoc query triage, allocation to CTI or retain within Pyrford
Bespoke Client Report Distribution
Service Level Monitoring, issue escalation with GOIS/Performance
Communication to clients on production issues or delays
Collation and communication to CTI of client reporting format change requirements
DDQ Response co-ordination
Supervision of Performance and Client Liaison team, including performance reviews
Cover for colleagues in the team.
To be successful in this role you will have..
Extensive knowledge of Operational procedures within investment management businesses alongside a broad and diverse knowledge of the investment business.
Extensive knowledge of financial services industry, competitive environment, and emerging technologies.
Forensic knowledge and understanding of a boutique type client requirements.
Sufficient industry experience, with relevant managerial experience
Expert Leadership skills
A good, rounded knowledge of Investment Management business.
Expert relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to manage projects with varying levels of complexity.
Experience Of Managing Third Party/outsourced Functions.
Able to think strategically and resolve problems in short timescales.
Effectively able to manage change in fast paced environment.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to assimilate a large amount of information for purposes of identifying value-added observations.
Strong prioritisation, time management and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to challenge the status quo and further improve the quality of the end result
