Role Overview

• Manage and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns.
• Monitor pacing, adjust bids, run tests, and drive daily improvements.
• Analyse data to spot trends, performance issues, and growth opportunities.
• Present results, insights, and recommendations in a clear, concise way.
• Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.
• Keep up to date with Amazon Advertising updates, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Amazon Advertising, retail media, or performance marketing (agency experience useful).
• Proficiency with Amazon Ad Console and ideally Amazon DSP / Sponsored Ads.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence working with data/Excel.
• Clear communication skills, especially when explaining performance insights.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace.
