About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Corporate Resources – Client Unit as a Revenues & Benefits Officer. The Revenues & Benefits service is outsourced. In this role, you will be primarily checking and monitoring housing benefit, council tax, and council tax support claims/accounts.
You will be promoting and facilitating the positive working relations with the Delivery Partner and a clear focus on delivery of Council services. You will be required to undertake quality checks to ensure correct processes and procedures have been followed. You will have to respond to queries/complaints from other services in a timely manner.
About The Team You Will Be Working In
You will be working in the Client team overseeing the Corporate Services contract for Revenues & benefits You will work closely with the delivery partner to support them and monitor their performance.
You will be reporting directly to the Revenues & Benefits manager, and your role will also be to support them with overseeing the service provided by the delivery partner.
