The Client Onboarding Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new clients within the professional services industry. Description

Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
Maintain and update client records within the company database with a high degree of accuracy.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
Respond to client queries promptly and provide clear and professional communication.
Assist in preparing and distributing onboarding materials and welcome packs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during the onboarding process.

Support the secretarial and business support team with administrative tasks as needed.

Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and contribute to process enhancements.

Profile

A successful Client Onboarding Assistant should have:
