Role Summary:
As a Mid-Level Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in strategically growing and managing key client relationships within our existing portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across our delivery and practice organization, proactively identifying opportunities for growth, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of our wide range of technology and digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and farm assigned accounts.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing clients, focusing on services such as Data, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support.
- Leverage expertise or willingness to learn Digital Experience, Design, and Digital Marketing services to grow client accounts further.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, including challenging clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communicating clearly, and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our India-based delivery teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective delivery of projects.
- Navigate complex client environments and internal matrix structures with ease and effectiveness.
- Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets through proactive account management and upselling.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in IT Services account management, client partnership, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of successfully growing and farming client accounts, preferably in a services-driven environment.
- Strong comfort level in selling technical solutions across Data, Engineering, Support, and Infrastructure.
- Experience or familiarity with Digital Experience (UX/UI, Product Design) and Digital Marketing services is highly desirable.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at navigating complex internal and external stakeholder dynamics.
- Previous experience working with offshore or globally distributed delivery teams, particularly India-based teams, is advantageous.
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated capability to grow revenue and expand accounts.
