About the Opportunity:

Client Partnerships sits at the heart of the agency’s growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with the partnerships team to drive new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and support the sales process from initial outreach through to deal closure. You’ll be proactive in identifying leads, nurturing connections, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling pitches and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and manage CRM activities in HubSpot.
• Assist with initial outreach, including sending emails to both hot leads and targeted cold prospects.
• Manage and coordinate the team’s activities throughout proposal processes and small deal cycles.
• Engage with warm leads by initiating conversations with prospects who have shown interest in company reports or marketing materials.
• Track and maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and timely follow-ups.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales, partnerships, or new business role (agency experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with prospects at all levels.
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience desirable) to track leads and sales activity.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive results.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals and pitches.
• Strong written skills for creating clear, engaging outreach emails and sales correspondence.
• A commercial mindset with an interest in building client relationships and driving agency growth.
