Client Programme Manager

Hybrid working

A national law firm is looking to recruit a Client Programme Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing day to day management of three key strategic client development work streams: Key Account Management, Client Feedback and On-boarding.

This is a newly created role for the firm therefore an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing strategy, generating ideas and setting up new processes.

Highlights

Develop and embed a structured, best practice approach.
Increase the quality and quantity of client feedback collected.
Implementing client focusses frameworks.
Developing and implementing on-boarding plans.

The successful candidate will need to be adept at influencing senior stakeholders on best practice in these areas in order to embed an integrated and consistent approach across the firm. Project management skills and the ability to effect change will be an integral part of the role.
