Client Records Coordinator
We are now seeking a talented individual to join our Records and Files team. Working as part of a larger team, your role will be client facing responding to client email and telephone requests regarding requests to retrieve Wills and Deeds we hold in storage.
Experience
You will be working with clients to establish that we hold their documents and follow the process of verifying our client’s entitlement to requested information and support our clients through the retrieval process. This role would be suited to a candidate who has a background of working within the private client practice area or within a similar business services environment.
The position will be based at our Leicester office.
