L&G Asset Management is one of Europe’s largest asset managers, providing clients and partners with complex, responsible investment solutions, across public and private markets. As a global investor, we are present where our clients most need us – from Hong Kong and Singapore, to Chicago and major European financial hubs.

Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Client Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join us.

The Client Regulatory Reporting Team is a centralised, dedicated team responsible for the production and reporting of fund and client information across a wide range of financial products to ensure compliance with various financial regulations, including SFDR, TCFD and Solvency II.

This role requires a control focused individual to support the team in meeting the regulatory reporting requirements set by various regulators such as the ESMA and the FCA.

As the financial industry continues to focus on the regulatory landscape, this role provides an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile area of Client Service Operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end production and delivery of client and regulatory reports, including SFDR, TCFD, MiFID, Solvency II, and PPF, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Supporting reporting across a broad range of investment vehicles such as DB/DC platforms, PMC, OEIC, SICAV, ICAV, LIRMS, segregated mandates, and retail funds
  • Gathering, validating, and reconciling data from multiple internal systems and external sources to support reporting requirements
  • Working closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Client teams to ensure reporting meets regulatory and client expectations
  • Identifying and implementing enhancements to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency and control
  • Conducting thorough checks and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of reporting processes and support internal and external audits
  • Monitoring changes in the regulatory landscape and assess their impact on reporting obligations

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience working with large datasets is a strong advantage
  • Able to follow established procedures, identify issues, and contribute to effective problem resolution
  • Ability to manipulate data confidently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Previous experience in financial services or a regulatory reporting environment is preferred.

Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

  • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
  • Generous pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
  • In 2023, some of our workspaces were redesigned. Our offices are great spaces to connect and collaborate and have your wellbeing at the heart

Additional Information

At L&G, we believe it's possible to generate positive returns today while helping to build a better future for all.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t meet every single criterion in this advert. Instead, think about what you excel at and what else you can bring in terms of strengths, potential and connection to our purpose.
