Team Overview

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the flawless, timely, and safe execution of all client-related operational functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to start their career in financial services, joining a collaborative team and playing a key part in delivering a world-class client experience.
Manage a seamless journey from the initial lead to a fully onboarded client.
Execute all advice and administrative functions with precision and safety.
Serve as a central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring all communications are handled effectively.
Update and complete new client KYC/AML records.
Act as a key operational liaison, executing all cash movements and manage time-sensitive capital call payments with precision.
Uphold the accuracy and security of all client data and advice records in full compliance with GDPR.
About You
No previous industry experience is required; we are looking for a bright and ambitious individual with a passion for learning.
You will have a 2:1 or higher degree with an excellent dissertation mark (or equivalent).
You are an energetic self-starter who thrives on autonomy and is adept at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and are highly responsive.
You are an effective collaborator, confident working as part of a team that is building a business.
You have a keen eye for detail and find satisfaction in completing tasks and ticking off lists.
You are solutions-led with the ability to proactively seek answers.
You want to progress to an adviser as your career progresses.
