To enhance the client-adviser relationship by providing proactive support to both clients and Personal Wealth Advisers. This involves timely and high-standard responses to requests, pro-active client contact to build strong relationships and contributing significantly to client satisfaction and adherence to the company’s values and behaviours. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Client Services Associate will be responsible for understanding how we can help our existing and potential clients, championing best in class client service, alongside accurate, organised, collaborative delivery of required relationship focused tasks.

Salary: National - £27,228 - £29,950 London - £ 34,297 - £37,727

As a Client Services Associate in our Relationships team, you are passionate about enhancing client-adviser relationships and providing the best-in-class service. With us, you will have the opportunity to showcase your dynamic approach to addressing our client’s needs. At SPW, we are looking for a Client Services Associate who is proactive, client-focused, and ready to contribute significantly to client satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in understanding their goals and proactively reaching out to maintain strong relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively contacting clients to understand their needs, provide support, and develop strong relationships.
  • Handling enquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring a high level of service, and maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
  • Working closely with Personal Wealth Advisers to support clients' goals and objectives, assist with diary management, and improve service delivery.
  • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure every action benefits our clients, challenging ourselves to think differently and find new ways to help.
  • Engage prospect clients, position the SPW value proposition, and support them into the advice journey.
  • Build rapport quickly and converse professionally with clients and colleagues.
