As our next Client Services Associate – Specialist
, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients through some of life’s most sensitive moments, including bereavement and power of attorney processes. You’ll also handle a range of servicing requests, including SIPP administration, with care and precision. Your ability to communicate with empathy and clarity will be essential in guiding clients through complex and emotional situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your personal workload, handling client requests related to bereavement, powers of attorney, and SIPP servicing with accuracy and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Preparing and processing documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Resolving client issues independently where possible, escalating complex cases appropriately.
- Supporting continuous improvement by embracing new processes and technologies..
- Participating in inbox triage and workflow management.
- Contributing to training and mentoring of new or regional colleagues as required.
- Taking ownership of more complex or urgent cases as experience grows.
