What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and their loved ones during emotionally challenging times.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional support across bereavement, powers of attorney, SIPP servicing, and account closures.
- Prepare and process documentation in line with legal, regulatory, and internal standards, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Maintain accurate records while upholding GDPR and data protection principles.
- Respond to client queries with sensitivity, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) while prioritising quality, empathy, and client wellbeing.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of inclusive processes and technologies that enhance the client experience.

Desirable
- Experience supporting bereaved individuals or clients in vulnerable circumstances.
- Understanding of probate, estate administration, or financial services regulations.
- Awareness of emotional intelligence principles and trauma-informed approaches to care.
