Responsibilities / Position Overview
We are seeking a business development and market research professional to join our Insight team as our Client Services Director. We are passionate about client engagement, achieved by the relationships we build and the in-depth market research methods we use, which enable us to provide actionable insights. Our collaborative approach coupled with the exceptional talents of our growing organization, offer a unique experience and career within healthcare.
The Client Services Director will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities by expanding on current accounts. As the Client Services Director, you will focus on account planning for growth within our key accounts and build strong relationships to ensure repeat business. This role will take responsibility for the strategic direction, growth and development, and delivery standards on various accounts and work closely with the Account teams to plan development and growth and achieve targets.
