Client Services Director

Major Players are partnering with a B2B marketing and events agency to recruit for a Client Services Director for an 8 month contract.

We are looking for an established services professional to lead client relationships, manage the account management team, as well as the strategic direction of multiple key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the account management team to develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Be the lynchpin between client services, strategy and leadership team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget as well as maximising revenue streams and continuously growing accounts.
• Lead presentations, pitches and senior client meetings.
• Lead the team to define and deliver on event objectives.
• Travel globally for events where required.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, campaign performance, and key metrics to clients and leadership team.
• Oversee the client services team to ensure they are developing tailored marketing and business development strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the wider team are providing clients with innovative solutions.

Experience required

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience working within a B2B marketing agency.

• Excellent stakeholder and team management experience.
• Extensive background working in a B2B agency, ideally within events.

Hours: Full time but open to part-time, 3 or 4 days per week

Salary: Depending on experience

Office location: East London

Office requirements: Flexible hybrid working, 2-3 days per week in the office (depending if full or part-time)
