Location: UK (Remote)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Working Pattern: 35-hour week

We are partnering with a highly respected, independent medical communications agency to support the expansion of their senior leadership team through the addition of an experienced Client Services Director.

This is a strategic role for a senior client services professional who is looking to lead high-value global accounts, shape business direction, and contribute to the long-term growth of a well-established, values-driven organisation.

The successful candidate will:

Provide senior leadership to strategically important client accounts across EU and US markets
Develop and implement long-term client strategies to support account growth and retention
Contribute to the agency’s leadership team and broader business planning
Lead and support new business activity, including pitches and RFP processes
Build, mentor and develop high-performing client services teams
Maintain financial oversight of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue performance

The portfolio can be aligned to the successful candidate’s expertise and interests across:

Oncology, Cardiovascular, Rare Disease, Renal and Infectious Disease.

Applicants should demonstrate:

Significant experience in a senior client services role within a medical communications agency
Strong experience across publications and/or medical affairs
Proven success managing global, high-value client accounts
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial and financial acumen
