The Role
We will be looking for someone with 8-10 years of experience invoicing clients, managing projects, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will also have experience with taxation and understanding contracts, but we may not find someone with experience with all these items.
Qualifications
The Responsibilities
- Review non-standard contracts to assess implications on Client Services team and conduct research using contracts as needed.
- Work with Technical Accounting team and Oracle team to set up product codes.
- Work with the Finance and Tax teams on various tax projects to ensure taxation on invoices is correct.
- Work closely with the Client Services team to build out use cases for enhancements to licensing and invoicing system.
- Manage atypical DORA requests.
- Coordinate with Corporate team to respond to questionnaires and supplier forms.
- Produce ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Coordinate the tracking and costing implications of multi-year deals.
- Manage special projects as needed.
