The Role

As a Client Success Executive, you will be supporting the workflow of the Client Success team. You will be working on the front line of the online advertising industry and in an innovative company using data, creative and tech.


Job Responsibilities

You will be collaborating with the Client Success, Sales, Ops and Studio team by helping to deliver against client objectives, you will have a deep understanding of Azerion’s range of solutions to be able to apply them to clients’ varying challenges and objectives.


Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Working closely with the Client Success Managers on the campaign lifecycles and daily workflow
  • Ensuring that campaigns are set up in line with best practices
  • Undertaking campaign reports and providing campaign deliverables to clients, including weekly reports, creative screengrabs, audience insights
  • Supporting day-to-day relationships across a variety of clients and agencies including creative feedback, campaign set up and troubleshooting
  • Working with internal stakeholders and ensuring the company’s client satisfaction is best in class
  • Confidently participating in conversations about how to improve their performance of client objectives, tracking and measuring against those objectives
  • Working to comprehensively support the teams and showing a desire to develop our processes
  • Providing excellent communication internally and externally via video calls, emails and in-person



Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and written skills
  • Dynamic, highly organised, independent, passionate, and a fast learner
  • Good analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to prioritize and focus, with great attention to detail
  • Keen interest in digital media and a desire to progress within a client-facing career
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Any experience working with clients and/or in campaign management would be an advantage
