About the role
The Client Success Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring world-class delivery of client
projects. Sitting at the centre of YF’s consultancy services, this role is about
orchestrating the expertise of others - not necessarily being the subject matter expert
yourself.
You will manage the end-to-end process across multiple projects, aligning inputs from
internal sales and commercial experts to deliver unified, high-impact outputs that drive
client success.
The successful candidate will bring a consultancy mindset, strong project management
skills and the ability to turn complex information into simple, powerful narratives.
As Client Success Lead you will:
● Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of client projects.
● Coordinate internal subject matter experts to bring together best-in-class
outputs.
● Build and refine decks, presentations and reports to consultancy standards.
● Oversee project workflows, ensuring milestones are hit and clients are kept
updated.
● Conduct high-quality analysis, research and synthesis of insights to shape clear
storytelling.
● Ensure client communication is clear, structured and professional at all times.
● Manage client contact across projects (including contact matrices) to strengthen
relationships and ensure client needs are met on time and in full
About you
● Background in a top-tier consultancy.
● Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to structure complex information into simple, impactful outputs.
● Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
● Highly collaborative and able to orchestrate experts to deliver a unified output.
● Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.

● Client projects delivered on time and to consultancy-level standard.
● Internal expert contributions managed effectively.
● Client satisfaction scores and repeat engagements.
● Quality of deliverables as judged by YF leadership
