Description

Linklaters is a global law firm, with 31 offices in 21 countries worldwide.

Linklaters is a people business. Being best in class in the eyes of our clients means that our people must be exceptional.

We look not only for brilliant minds, but for people who will thrive in our environment: people who love working collaboratively and demonstrate the innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible mind-set we aim to bring to every interaction.

Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere.

We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.

Client & Workplace Experience Advisor - The role:

This is a newly created position designed to elevate the visitor experience at Linklaters, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our brand, culture, and commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Own the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Linklaters' brand and service values.
  • Act as the central coordinator for front-of-house operations, aligning service partners to a shared vision.
  • Ensure consistency, warmth, and excellence across all guest interactions, regardless of provider.
  • Brief, train, and hold service providers accountable for delivering the designed experience.
  • Be the go-to person for resolving visitor-related issues, including VIP visits and sensitive scenarios.
  • Identify and eliminate friction points in the visitor journey through proactive problem-solving.
  • Translate the designed experience into operational reality, working closely with Facilities, Workplace, and Events teams.
  • Gather and act on feedback to inform continuous service improvements.
  • Support the Client & Workplace Experience Lead with reporting, supplier management, and monthly meeting coordination.
  • Contribute to innovation by piloting and scaling new ideas that enhance guest experience.

Client & Workplace Experience Advisor - What we're looking for:

  • Strong operational background with experience in high-touch or white-glove service environments.
  • Backgrounds from luxury hospitality, consultancy, banking, or high-end service sectors are preferred.
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site initially, with potential for hybrid working once established.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex logistics and deliver flawless execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in roles supporting senior leadership.
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism-comfortable engaging with senior clients and VIPs.
  • A natural problem-solver who anticipates needs and resolves issues quietly and effectively.
  • Confident in holding external service providers to account without direct authority.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering exceptional experiences

Client & Workplace Experience Advisor - What's on offer:

This role will be based in our London office, and will initially be office-based 5 days a week to embed and lead transformation, with hybrid working considered once key milestones are achieved.

Joining Team Linklaters will see you qualify for a range of benefits designed to reward the vital contribution you'll be making to our success. These include:

Health & Wellbeing

  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Free in-house fitness centre and subsidised health club memberships
