Grade UE04 - £25,733- £28,381 (£14.10 p/hr to 15.55 p/hr +18.1% uplift to compensate for annual leave)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant climbing wall team on a Guaranteed Hours contact basis. As an integral part of our climbing wall team, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day climbing wall operations which includes greeting customers, instructing groups, delivering courses, route setting, and ensuring our community can confidently and safely enjoy our facilities and services.
The Opportunity
Working flexibly in response to service demand, you will work a minimum of one weekend per month (13:15-20:15) throughout the academic year, provide support for route setting and group cover (Wednesdays 08:30-11:30 and weekdays 14:00-17:00) and support the team with both planned and unplanned absence cover. This is an important support role that requires flexibility and availability.
