Clinical Receptionist and Administrator to be the welcoming face of our clinical centre and a key support to our healthcare team.

What you'll do:
This position is responsible for managing clinical activity through the Patient Administration System (PAS), coordinating appointments, and ensuring accurate patient data handling. The role involves direct interaction with patients, visitors, and clinical staff, requiring excellent communication skills and a caring, professional demeanour.
About you:
- Previous experience in customer service or reception
- Confident in face-to-face and telephone communication
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Experience in a hospital or medical environment
- A proactive, positive attitude and flexible approach to work
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning
Location: Seaford Clinic
Contract Type: Zero-Hour, Bank Contract
Work Pattern: business hours (between 7.30am and 6.00pm)
