Location: New Nursing & Dementia Home, Westgate-on-Sea, Kent

Salary: £50k per annum

Start Date: Summer 2025

We're now looking for a passionate and proactive Clinical Deputy Manager to support the commissioning Home Manager in the opening of our brand-new, 70-bed, purpose-built care home in Westgate-on-Sea. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the home's culture and contribute to establishing exceptional care standards from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Active NMC pin – Registered Nurse (RGN)

✅ Strong experience in a care home leadership role

✅ Solid knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance

✅ A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality care

✅ Previous involvement in new service openings (ideal, not essential)

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Commissioning Home Manager through all phases of the home’s launch

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and development of the care team

Leading by example in delivering outstanding care and ensuring compliance

Helping create a safe, warm, and inclusive environment for residents and staff

Acting as a key point of leadership in the absence of the Home Manager
