Description
Key responsibilities: Record goods inwards / outwards using Trust bespoke software. Ensure checks to verify stock levels for re-ordering are accurate and appropriate. Take delivery of goods delivered into stores. Ensure that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and checked for damages and quantity and photographic record kept.
Update computer system to enable accurate stock levels. Put materials away in Warehouse. Take direction on the CAFM system PPM Scheduler forecast and prepare for collection assets / equipment / materials out ready for service and repair. Assist/Carry out stock checks when required.
Keep stores clean and tidy. Deliver and collect materials & equipment to / from trust sites. Please see attached job description for further information
