The Role

As a Clinical Expert – Dietitian, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and continuously improving Oviva’s UK clinical pathways. You will lead on evidence-based pathway design, own clinical KPIs, and act as a subject matter expert across multidisciplinary teams. This is a strategic role with real impact on patient outcomes at scale.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-12 years of clinical experience in dietetics, with essential experience in weight management
• Proven expertise in pathway design and outcome improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presenting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated commitment to a "patient first" approach

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of nutrition-led clinical pathways
• Own and monitor clinical KPIs across Oviva Clinic UK
• Drive continuous improvement using real-world data and clinical evidence
• Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, psychology, coaching, and product teams
• Represent Oviva externally through partnerships, webinars, and professional networks
• Contribute to innovation in digital care delivery and pathway evolution
