Are you a dynamic and experienced nurse leader with a passion for delivering high quality care ? We are seeking a motivated, innovative nurse to join our team in our fast paced Surgical Assessment Unit and Ward.( SAU/SAW). We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to lead , innovate and make a real difference to emergency patient pathways and patient care.
Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.
As Clinical Nurse manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational running of the Surgical Assessment Unit , ensuring high standards of care are achieved and maintenance of emergency access and flow. You will lead a skilled team and foster collaboration across disciplines and drive service development initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Applicants should be an experienced nurse at a senior level with experience of managing teams.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate at interview a breadth of knowledge and experience with service redesign and innovation. A sound knowledge of clinical governance processes and patient safety systems will be required as well as insight into emergency pathways and care delivery opportunities.
