South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) is recruiting experienced, compassionate, and self-motivated Clinical Support Workers (CSWs) to join our team at Warwick Hospital this winter.
We Are Offering 4-month Temporary Contracts (December To March) To Provide Vital Support During Our Busiest Period. CSWs Will Be Allocated To Areas On Arrival For Each Shift, With Opportunities To Work Across a Variety Of Departments, Including
- Clinical Decisions Unit
- A&E waiting room
- Additional inpatient areas opened for winter pressures
- Medical and surgical wards
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience in a supportive environment, working in diverse clinical areas. Following your induction you will be working long days on weekdays, for the duration of the contract.
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months care experience.
Hours – (24 – 34.5 hour) contracts available.
You will also have the option to join the Bank for additional shifts, with the potential to stay on after the 4-month contract ends.
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
