An exciting opportunity has arisen for an opportunity for the post of Clinical Team Manager to support early intervention team .
As the successful candidate, you will have the ability to communicate in a variety of settings, the ability to utilise assessment skills and tools effectively and the experience of the management and supervision of staff . You will have experience of effective team working within a multi-agency framework.
You will be expected to lead and develop all the staff and encourage positive working relationships with colleagues within Mersey Care NHS Trust and other external agencies/organisations.
The post holder will carry managerial responsibility of the St Helens and Knowsley Early intervention team. They will be responsible for the performance and delivery of high quality, evidenced based and person centred care.
The post holder will operate as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team but be expected to be flexible in terms of delivering care within a community setting.
