Role Title: Senior Manager
Contract Length: Until 1st November 2025
Engagement Type: Umbrella or PAYE
Location: London - Hyrbid

The role is for a senior manager and will be supporting a client Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation.
Description of the role:
- Highly experienced consultant with detailed knowledge of CLM
- An understanding and experience working with CLM provides (Ironclad preferred but will consider other CLM experience)
- Ability to lead large scale CLM programmes and support Programme Directors
- Provide subject matter expertise on CLM and its capabilities (Ironclad specifically)
- Engage with client stakeholders and develop necessary programme material/artefacts to report into governance forums
- Experience delivering Change and Training requirements
- Experience hosting design workshops
- Understanding of data migration activity
- Host ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions for client users
- Identifying client needs and proposing solutions
- Report directly into an LBS Director
- Strong track record of engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Skills:
- CLM knowledge
- Process mapping and analytics
- Communication skills and persuasive writing
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Experience in communicating and influencing senior stakeholders
- Consulting expertise to engage with legal teams
- Proficiency in managing large engagement teams and ensuring consistent, top quality, deliverables
- Developing training material and hosting starting sessions
