CLO Associate

A Leading Asset Manager is looking to hire a CLO Associate to join the growing Structured Credit team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in the analysis, structuring, and active management of Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs), working alongside a high-performing team of investment professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Transaction Support: Work closely with portfolio managers and senior team members on CLO structuring, analysing collateral pools, and evaluating structural features of new issue and secondary transactions
• Modelling & Analytics: Build and maintain cash flow models, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, and evaluate tranche performance using Intex and other analytical tools
• Portfolio Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring of CLO positions, including collateral performance, compliance tests, tranche behavior, and market developments
• Market Engagement: Support deal execution, assist in warehouse structuring, and coordinate with arrangers, trustees, and rating agencies throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Research & Reporting: Contribute to internal investment committee materials, market updates, and client reporting with detailed analysis and insights

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of experience in structured credit, CLOs, leveraged finance, credit research, or related fields within an investment manager, bank, or credit rating agency
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel and cash flow modeling software (e.g., Intex, Moody’s Analytics CDON)
• In-depth understanding of CLO structures, documentation, credit risk assessment, and market dynamics
• Excellent analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Progress toward CFA, CAIA, or other relevant qualifications is advantageous
