Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Serverless Solution Lead with deep expertise in Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB. You will design high-level, secure, scalable, and resilient solutions to business problems using AWS serverless technologies. This role requires strong leadership, technical, and communication skills to guide a small team and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver automated solutions for business processes, with an initial focus on exceptional withdrawals, leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB.
Architect serverless applications following best practices for security, scalability, and resiliency
Lead a team of up to 3 developers and 1 tester: run daily standups, distribute tasks, review code, verify deliverables, and provide technical support.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
Ensure quality and compliance with AWS best practices and organizational standards.

Requirements

5–6 years of overall software development experience.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS serverless stack, focusing on Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB

Minimum 2 years of experience leading small engineering teams.

Proven track record in designing and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient serverless solutions.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
