Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Cloud Integration QA Engineer, you'll leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the quality of our cloud integration applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, applying your deep understanding of software testing methodologies and processes to design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans within critical public-sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical proficiency in specific COTS products being refreshed for cloud integration.
• Apply a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Perform test planning, test case design, and execution for cloud integration applications.
• Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/scrum methodologies in a cloud context.
• Utilize defect tracking tools and processes effectively.
• Work collaboratively with development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality.
• Communicate clearly and document thoroughly, providing detailed reports and insights.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing for cloud applications.
• Assess compliance with relevant accessibility standards.
• Execute API and integration testing.
• Perform security testing and vulnerability assessments for cloud-based systems.
• Stay current with emerging cloud integration trends, tools, and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven technical proficiency in specific COTS products used in cloud integration.
• Strong grasp of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Experience in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile/scrum methodologies in a cloud context.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and stakeholders.
